Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers, help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Elaborate on customer project requirements while transferring this knowledge to the in-house development team
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. Manage customer contracts, related services and overall customer satisfaction
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer representatives, stakeholders and executive sponsors
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Analyze sales practices, costs, and outcome for effectiveness, efficiency, and improvement opportunities
Analyze leads/opportunities conversion ratio, reasons for winning and losing contracts, develop recommendations for process/service offering improvement and present it to the management
Skills and experience:
Experience in IT sales - 3+ years, general experience in sales 5+ years
Fluent English
Experience in international B2B negotiations
Determination, desire and ability to earn on Sales commission
Ability to work in a team, ability to learn quick
Developing/nurturing own contact database of those, making decisions in IT field
Skills in popular CRM systems and sales reports compilation
